As a Pennsylvania native, Dr. David Gregory is excited to serve the Lancaster and Lebanon community. He finished his orthopedic surgery residency at Michigan State University and McLaren Macomb Hospital in Mount Clemens. Following that, he completed an outpatient hip and knee replacement fellowship at Nano Clinic in Arroyo Grande, California, and then a second fellowship in adult reconstruction at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.

Bringing his expertise to our team, Dr. Gregory specializes in outpatient joint replacement with a focus on same-day hip and knee replacement. Utilizing advanced and muscle-sparing techniques, including Anterior Total Hip Arthroplasty and Robotic-Assisted Total Knee Arthroplasty, his goal is to minimize pain, reduce recovery time, and help patients return to their active daily lives as quickly and safely as possible. In addition to primary joint replacement, Dr. Gregory provides comprehensive care for complex cases, including revision hip and knee replacement.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Gregory enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, surfing, and supporting the Eagles and Phillies.
