PIAA Physicals

As part of our commitment to athlete safety, Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster is proud to provide PIAA physicals for student-athletes in grades 7–12.

All exams are conducted by board-certified providers from Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster, either at our office locations or at participating schools (unless otherwise noted).

PIAA Physical Requirements

• Bring your completed PIAA physical packet to your appointment
• Bring a completed Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster Consent to Treat Form
